Privacy notice

Who we are
Island Scooter Rental, Jordan Wharf, Jordan, Guimaras, Philippines. Contact us through the message or call buttons on the home page, or in person at the wharf.
What we collect
- From the booking form: your name, mobile number, email if you give one, pickup date and time, boat time or meeting place, number of riders, payment choice, the name you type on the waiver, and any notes.
- At pickup: a look at your licence and ID, and photos of the scooter's condition. We do not keep your passport.
How the form works
The booking form runs in your browser. It builds a message that you send yourself, in the app you choose (for example Messenger, WhatsApp or SMS). Nothing is sent from this site unless an online booking inbox has been switched on; if it is, your request is stored in the owner's private Google Sheet.
Why we use it
Only to arrange, confirm and complete your rental, to settle any deposit, fuel or damage questions, and to keep records the law requires. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking details and condition photos are kept for up to 12 months after your rental, longer only if a claim or a legal duty requires it, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Message us and we will reply. You can also contact the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It remembers your language choice in your own browser only. The Google map loads only if you tap it, and Google's own privacy policy then applies.
